The sound of the rain softly falling against the window was all Frank Musso could hear on this bus ride to Atlanta. Last week he had signed the final contract to wrestle with the ICW and he was headed to Atlanta to begin his career. For the last three years everything had been up in the air and for the first time he was experiencing some kind of stability. He had been training to become a fighter for UFC, but when that dream fell apart right in his face he decided to do what he really loved. Wrestling had been apart of his life for as long as he could remember. As a former High School and College amateur wrestling champion he knew his way around a wrestling mat and now he would take the knowledge to a professional level. President Logan had told Frank that he was going to be the next big thing and that coming to the ICW was the best choice he had ever made. To Frank it didn't matter if he was going to be the "next big thing" because all that mattered right now was a consistent paycheck. After eating Ramen noodles and peanut butter for dinner for the past few years it was nice to know that maybe Frank could expand his horizon's a little bit.
Frank couldn't wait to finally get off this bus and get his bearings in Atlanta. He hadn't been outside of Ohio much since he was a teenager and he knew that this is exactly what he needed. Atlanta would become the time where he finally stepped it up and became a real man. For too long he had been resting on his laurels and just barely getting by and now it was time to take his professional career to the next level. Maybe the previous career choice had fallen through, but he wasn't going to allow that to slow him down. For the past three years he worked harder than most everyday inside the gym and training to become a trained killer. Everyday he would study how the human body worked so he could use that to his advantage and make his opponents know that he did his homework, but the first time he stepped into an octagon he was too dangerous. That night he almost killed his first and only opponent in the world of mixed martial arts. He lost just about everything that night and this was a rebuilding period in his life. ICW was the silver lining on his dark grey clouds.
Frank sat on the bus to Atlanta with his head resting against the window. He was deep in thought thinking about all the things that were promised to him by President Logan. To say he was anxious was an understatement. All he could think about was his first match which was already set into place. He would face Marc Polo and knew that it was one of the most important nights of his life. This would determine how the ICW crowd would see him for the rest of his career so he knew that he would have to make a great showing, but Frank was confident that he would make the world take notice.

We open to show the newest ICW signing, Frank Musso, standing in front of a large ICW logo. He has a black hooded sweatshirt on with the hood up and covering his face. He stands there motionless with his hands in his coat pockets. He breaks the silence by finally speaking to the ICW for the first time.
Frank Musso - Three years ago I was told that I was destined to become a champion. I had proved all my life that I was a cut above the rest. Everyone I went to High School and College with admired me. I was the top of everything I ever did. Back home in Columbus I have trophies lining my walls from wrestling alone and I have many more for my studies as well. To everyone I knew they saw me as the pinnacle of human evolution. When I wrestled I barely lost and I left men lying on the mat wondering what happend. There was no doubt in anyone's mind that I could beat just about anyone on Earth and I proved that every time I put those boots on and stepped out onto the mat. Now here I am three years later standing here before you the ICW fans. I wouldn't expect anyone to know my name because quite honestly I don't believe that anyone really keeps up College level athletes other than football and basketball. I am not some rejected professional wrestler that the WWE didn't want. I am not some football player that couldn't hack it in the NFL. I am merely a man who loves to fight and I couldn't be any more happy to be here in the ICW.
This week I will come into the ring for the first time and do battle with Marc Polo. Some might say that I should be careful after what Marc did last week, but fear isn't an option for me. When Tyler Hiroko decided to no show and left Marc standing in the ring he lost his temper and freaked out. He proved his manhood by attacking an innocent referee and a ring announcer. Now I could be wrong, but how does that make Marc Polo seem like a monster? These are two guys that are just everyday men and have no fighting experience at all. Odds are those men have never been in a fight in their lives and for Marc Polo to attack them seems childish. Marc Polo I will be the man to make you pay for your actions from last week. You want to walk around here pretending to be a man when in reality all you did was prove your weakness. Did you go home and beat up a woman after Showdown? You are weak Marc. Nothing more and nothing less. I am going to make it a point to show you what a real man fights like. On Wednesday night I will show you what it's like to have to face a real man. When you and I are standing apart from each other and you look into my eyes you won't see fear or distraction. When we step into the middle of the ring I want you to shake my hand and be prepared to fight for your life.
Our match may be about the World title tournament but it means so much more than that. It's my first official match in the ICW and it's your first match against an opponent who is going to show up. This match is the beginning of our careers and I will not take this lightly. I have been waiting for this moment for three years and I am not about to allow you to steal that away from me. I have worked harder and longer than you could ever imagine and for you to be placed against me should be an honor. Years from now when people look back on what made the ICW what it is today they won't say that it was Tyler Hiroko or Marc Polo that put ICW on the map. The words that come from the lips of the people will be my name, Frank Musso. Forever you will be known as the man who Frank Musso got his wrestling career started on. As for you? Well maybe on day you'll win a match or two and you and TJ Black can wrestle in bingo halls and VFW's over some no name championships.
It's know it's been said before... but I am putting all of the ICW on notice. I am not just some guy that's going to come in and lose a couple of matches then disappear into the ether. I am going to win this match on Showdown and then slowly but surely I will be the first ICW World Champion! I know that there is NO ONE here in the ICW who can hold a candle to me and I can promise you that.
